Considering Flex Align for Regional Production?

Distributors and strategic partners can connect with our team to discuss capacity, capability, and expansion opportunities.

From Raw Material to Finished Aligner

Every Flex Align case follows a defined production sequence at our Amman facility, combining automated
equipment, premium material, and hands-on quality checks. Here’s a closer look at what happens between
a case being approved and an aligner reaching your patient.

Step 01

3D Printing

Each patient’s approved treatment plan is used to 3D print a precise digital model, giving every aligner an
exact foundation to be formed on.

Step 02

Thermoforming

Each aligner is shaped over the printed model using a dual-pressure forming process, which locks in even wall thickness and helps the material resist cracking under daily wear.

Step 03

CNC

Every aligner is trimmed using CNC-guided cutting, following the gumline with exact accuracy for a fit that stays comfortable throughout wear.
Material

Premium Zendura FLX

Built with multiple layers, this material stays clear over time, flexes without losing shape, and applies steady, consistent force to keep treatment progressing as planned.

Finished product

Package

Once every unit clears our inspection process, it’s carefully packaged alongside its case and sent out, arriving ready for the patient to begin wearing right away.

The Technology Behind Every Aligner

Each aligner passes through a tightly controlled digital and mechanical process, engineered to maintain
precision from the initial scan through final packaging.

Digitize

Patient scan data is processed and prepared for treatment plan design

Model

Software generates a staged movement plan mapping each stage of tooth positioning

Fabricate

A 3D-printed model is formed, trimmed via CNC, and finished to spec

Verify

A final inspection confirms fit, clarity, and structural quality before shipping
