By using our services, you confirm that any information you submit, including on behalf of a clinic or practice, is accurate and that you're authorized to act in that capacity.

Dentists and orthodontists submitting cases through the Doctor Portal are responsible for the accuracy of scans, prescriptions, and clinical information provided. Flex Align relies on this information to design and manufacture aligners, and we are not responsible for treatment outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate case data submitted by the provider.

Flex Align manufactures clear aligners based on treatment plans developed in coordination with the submitting dental professional. Final clinical decisions, including diagnosis, treatment suitability, and patient monitoring, remain the responsibility of the treating dentist or orthodontist at all times. Flex Align does not provide direct clinical care to patients.

Pricing for aligner packages and services is provided to partner clinics and distributors separately and may vary based on case complexity, volume, and region. All fees must be paid according to the terms agreed upon at the time of order. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice to active partners.

All content on flex-align.com, including text, graphics, logos, and the Doctor Portal interface, is owned by or licensed to Flex Align and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

When using our website or portal, you agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, upload harmful code, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for any account found in violation of these terms.

While we manufacture every aligner to strict quality standards, treatment outcomes depend on multiple clinical factors managed by the treating dentist, including patient compliance and case suitability. Our services are provided "as is," and we make no guarantee of specific treatment results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Align is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, portal, or products, including delays in production or shipping beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold Flex Align harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these terms, or inaccurate information submitted through the Doctor Portal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Doctor Portal or our services for any user or clinic found to be in breach of these terms, or for any conduct that poses a risk to our platform, staff, or other users.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
